Responsibilities

  • Assembly Engineering: Support growth of Module packages, responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of Assembly equipment
  • Test Engineering: Responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of final test equipment such as Turret, Gravity handlers, testers and High-Reliability (Hi-Rel) specialized tools. 
  • Work on a long-term improvement project 
  • Yield improvement
  • Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
  • Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) launches to ensure a seamless transition and robust support for new equipment during the product lifecycle

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, other related engineering degree
  • CGPA 3.3/4.0, or higher
  • Fresh graduate or less than 2 years relevance working experiences

 

  • Proficiency in electrical/system related

     

  • Experience with Gravity handlers, testers, or Hi-Reliability equipment (PIND, centrifuge, Laser Mark, leak testers) is added advantage
  • Understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance and documentation
  • Experience in ATE and semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
