- Electric Motor Knowledge: Deep understanding of Switched Reluctance Machines (SRM), motor control principles, and electric motor performance characteristics
- Test Equipment: Proficiency with dynamometers, power analyzers, oscilloscopes, DAQ systems, and motor test benches
- Instrumentation: Experience with torque sensors, encoders, current probes, thermal measurement systems
- Automation & Control: Familiarity with PLC programming, LabVIEW, or similar test automation platforms
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in statistical analysis, SPC, data visualization tools (JMP, Minitab, Python, MATLAB)
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment and process issues
