Lead and coordinate Operators during your shift to maintain productivity and data collection standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for Operators, resolving issues and escalating when needed

Monitor adherence to data collection protocols and ensure high-quality operational output
→
Facilitate smooth shift transitions with clear updates on progress, issues, and priorities
→
Conduct regular checks to ensure operators have the tools and resources needed
→
Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure quick ramp-up
→
Maintain records of shift performance, including data collected and issues encountered
→
Recommend process improvements to leadership
→
Enforce safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment
→
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
