- Organize, clean, and format client data using Google Sheets or Excel
- Upload and manage client records within the CRM system
- Set up basic pipelines focused on client communication and appointment booking
- Tag, segment, and categorize contacts appropriately
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist in setting up basic email and SMS automations
- Support outbound communication campaigns to existing clients
- Help schedule appointments and follow-ups through CRM workflows
- Monitor communication pipelines
- Maintain and update CRM records on an ongoing basis
- Assist in cloning CRM systems for additional agents
- Upload and organize new client data regularly
- Keep pipelines updated and organized
- Assist with basic email marketing campaigns
- Support integration with tools like Snappy Kraken
- Help execute outreach and campaign initiatives
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain organized documentation and workflows
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–2+ years experience as a VA, Marketing VA, or CRM support role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and video instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable and proactive
Nice to Have:
- GoHighLevel / Agent CRM experience
- Email/SMS marketing experience
- CRM: GoHighLevel, Agent CRM (or similar)
- Data: Google Sheets, Excel
- Communication: Gmail, Slack, Zoom
- Marketing: Email/SMS tools, Snappy Kraken (plus)
- Scheduling: Google Calendar
- Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: Flexible EST (aligned with business hours; priority on responsiveness)
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
