- →Manages third-party partner contracts and invoices (e.g., BPI, Urban Green, Building Potential) and ensures compliance with partner requirements, including administration of in-house testing programs (e.g., BPI, GPRO, BOC). Responsibilities include attending periodic partner meetings, submitting required documentation, and maintaining approved instructor and exam proctor certifications.

- →Coordinates the 32BJ Sustainability Captains and Committee, facilitates monthly committee meetings, and researches, drafts, and publishes the annual 32BJ Sustainability Report.

- →Maintains accurate records of Green training classes within the Learning Management System (LMS).

- →Performs quality assurance and quality control reviews of Green training courses by verifying attendance records, participant eligibility, course status, make-up assignments, session setup, and other course quality-related requirements, as assigned.

- →Manages the scheduling and coordination of various Green training classes, including assigning instructors, classrooms, examinations, and field trips.

- →Oversees the maintenance of the Green Lab, including equipment, tools and instructional resources.
|
- →Organizes, tracks, and reports on instructor observations and student feedback to support continuous program improvement.
|
- →Assists Senior Manager, Program Development with the preparation of green grant proposals.
|
- →Researches emerging Green policies, technologies, grants opportunities, building standards, and industry best practices, and recommends program enhancements to support membership, employer engagement, and Training Fund objectives.

- →Reviews annual updates to third-party partner curriculum materials, maintains the curriculum repository, and communicates curriculum updates to instructors, as appropriate.

- →Coordinates with the Manager, Communications and employers to support employer-requested Green training and customize curriculum materials, as appropriate.

- →Partners with the Curriculum Team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update Green training programs, including LEED v5, WELL (One WELL), electrification, and other emerging initiatives.

- →Reviews and approves updated and new Green course content and instructional materials.
|
- →Researches, plans, and executes sustainability-related activities for staff, members, and their families during NYC Climate Week, Earth Day, and other sustainability initiatives.
|
- →Manages the LEED recertification process for the 32BJ Headquarters through the Arc platform.
|
- →Coordinates the annual building waste audit and indoor air quality testing with the Facilities Department and reviews results with the Sustainability Committee.
|
- →Communicates, coordinates, and registers members and staff for external Green industry events, conferences, and educational activities.
|
- →Assists members with career development by providing guidance on continuing education credits and units required to maintain nationally and internationally recognized Green certifications (e.g., BPI, BOC, LEED, WELL).
|
- →Supports outreach efforts with the Union and employer organizations to promote Training Fund programs, increase participation among underutilizing employers, and assist employers in complying with Green local laws and Green Building standards.

- →Assists with testing and counseling prospective and incoming students.
|
- →Responds to and resolves member inquiries and escalations regarding Green training programs by phone, in person, and in writing, providing timely and effective customer service.

- →Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
