Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Abrasives – Catalonia & Balearic Islands (m/f/*)

Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of industrial customers within the assigned territory.
- Promoting and selling industrial abrasive solutions.
- Providing technical and commercial support adapted to customer processes and materials.
- Performing on-site technical product demonstrations in real industrial environments.
- Identifying and develop new business opportunities.
- Working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
- Using CRM tools to track commercial activity, where applicable.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Naval, Mining, Design) or Chemistry.
- First professional experience, preferably in industrial environments and/or technical sales.
- Knowledge of metallic and/or plastic materials.
- Proactive, results-oriented professional approach with a strong technical mindset and curiosity.
- High interest in industrial environments and hands-on fieldwork.
- Language skills: Spanish and Catalan are mandatory, English – advanced level (minimum B2, demonstrable).
- Clear valid driving licence.
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience in industrial sales or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of robotics and automation.
- Knowledge of welding or welding processes (master’s degree in welding engineering highly valued).
- Previous experience using CRM tools.
- French language skills.
- This is a field-based role with ideal candidate location in Barcelona or Tarragona.
- Job geographical scope: Barcelona, Tarragona, Girona, Lleida, Balearic Islands.
- Travel expectations: May include up to 40-50% of domestic travels.
- Working pattern: full time.
