The 401 Group of Companties is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team with digital ads, social media, website updates, and creative projects. This role is perfect for someone organized, creative, and eager to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Location: In Person - Cambridge, ON 

 

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year


 Full-Time | Monday–Friday 


Key Responsibilities: 



Campaign Development & Execution: 

  • Collaborate with various members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns tailored to each brand segment. 
  • Develop design elements for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, PPC advertising, email marketing, websites, and SMS campaigns.  
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing collateral and campaigns by remaining compliant with multiple brand guidelines at all times.  
  • This role will have an emphasized focus on fixed operational service offerings and working on generating increased interest in our service business across our franchise locations  

Content Creation & Management: 

  • The editing of video and photo content submitted by our franchise dealerships. 
  • Generating ideas for the service and sales department to generate meaningful online content.  
  • Develop marketing materials such as flyers, blogs, and written email content  
  • Coordinate photography and videography requests with locations. 

Digital Marketing & Analytics: 

  • Help other team members in managing social media accounts for all brands, driving engagement, awareness, and growth through targeted content and campaigns. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize future strategies. 

Brand Management & Development: 

  • Work with various members of the marketing and executive team to manage our monthly co-op allocations associated with our OEMs including but not limited to Kia, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Honda, Stellantis, Hyundai, Nissan, Yamaha, and more.  
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and voice across all customer touchpoints. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 

Collaboration & Team Support: 

  • Partner with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of projects. 
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, as needed. 





Qualifications & Requirements: 



  • Education: Post secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing role 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms. 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is an asset. 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
