Bank Reconciliations Advisor

• →Collaborate with colleagues to review and reconcile multiple bank accounts
• →Support the production of period end balance sheet reconciliations, analysing variances and making sure aged items are resolved
• →Support the production of query reports to partners and resolution of unreconciled bank transactions
• →Make sure that financial integrity is maintained and that all reconciling items and adjustments are resolved within agreed timescales
• →Respond to queries via email, investigating issues and resolving them in a timely manner
• →Assist in the production and review of process documentation
• →Provide support, guidance, and expertise to your team members
• →Regularly update team managers about outstanding issues, and escalate problems where necessary to discuss resolutions

• Experience working in cash allocations
• Experience using SAP software
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and Outlook)
