What We Offer
~1 min readThis role plays an important part in keeping our Co-op financially accurate and accountable. By making sure our bank accounts are properly reconciled, you’ll help us protect our finances, support confident decision-making, and maintain trust with our clients, customers, and third-party investors.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with colleagues to review and reconcile multiple bank accounts
- →Support the production of period end balance sheet reconciliations, analysing variances and making sure aged items are resolved
- →Support the production of query reports to partners and resolution of unreconciled bank transactions
- →Make sure that financial integrity is maintained and that all reconciling items and adjustments are resolved within agreed timescales
- →Respond to queries via email, investigating issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- →Assist in the production and review of process documentation
- →Provide support, guidance, and expertise to your team members
- →Regularly update team managers about outstanding issues, and escalate problems where necessary to discuss resolutions

- Experience using SAP software
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and Outlook)
