Supply Chain Planner (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. Every week, the team purchases all the ingredients for our HelloFresh boxes and manages supplier performance and quality.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will independently manage our ordering process: delivery scheduling, shortage management, supplier performance improvement, and more.

Reducing food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), and error rates are your key daily performance indicators!

• →Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio (Conventional Cluster), ensuring all ingredients are delivered on time and in the right quality.
• →Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters.
• →Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• →Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant fields (Bac +5)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Quick learner, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
• Proactive, with the ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English & Dutch both spoken and written
