In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated shift, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of vehicles and drivers. You will play a key role in optimizing resource allocation and maximizing driver/vehicle productivity.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of GPS tracking systems, dispatch software, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think quickly and decisively in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in Gmail and the ability to pick up various apps and software as needed.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, especially Thursday-Sunday
