Requirements Responsibilities -Making our patients feel as welcomed guests to the office -Practice Covid-19 Protocols -Ability to build a rapport with patients and co-workers -Insurance terminology is preferred -Knowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft, Open-Dental, or any Dental software -Perform Insurance verifications -Answer telephones in professional courteous manner to patients and coworkers using superior customer service skills. -Provide necessary instructions/directions to patients and politely answer questions -Build financial agreements from the treatment plan. -Review with Dental Insurance on coverages and limitations -Present Treatment plans to the patient using appropriate terminology in an organized professional manner -Follow up on denials, appeals and insurance requests for additional information -Examine EOBs or answer any billing questions patients may have -Review patient charts and notes for the next working day Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One or more years of experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft and QSI software applications is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: Hourly/DOE Benefits A-Team Dental Staffing Assist with Resume building, Interview Preps, Skill Feedback and guidance to develop growth, career counseling, Monthly webinars on Specific Topics request and so much more.
