    General Service Technician Responsibilities

    • Perform oil changes, fluid services, battery replacement, and preventative maintenance

    • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires

    • Complete vehicle inspections and basic automotive services

    • Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety procedures

    Automotive Repair Technician C Responsibilities

    • Perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs

    • Complete wheel alignments and diagnostic support

    • Perform tire repair and maintenance services

    • Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

    • Properly maintain tools and equipment

    Requirements

    General Service Technician

    • Basic automotive knowledge required

    • Prior automotive maintenance experience preferred

    • Ability to learn and grow technical skills

    Automotive Repair Technician C

    • Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience

    • Ability to perform standard automotive repairs independently

    • ASE certifications in Brakes and/or Suspension & Steering preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months — paid by AAA

    Additional Requirements for Joining AAA Tire & Auto Service:

    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods

    • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

    • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles

    • Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background check, drug screening, and fitness for duty assessment

    • Authorized to work in the United States
