• →Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
• →Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• →Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
• →Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS/job portals is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
