Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the Area Finance Director in Planning, Controlling and Reporting activities for the Area.
- →Lead and coordinate all scheduled planning and reporting activities across the region, including the creation and distribution of templates, schedules, instructions, and calendars.
- →Issue country level LBE guidance
- →Consolidate and review country-level financial submissions for Latest Best Estimate (LBE), ensuring timely and accurate Area-level reporting
- →Manage month-end close processes and reporting for APAC, including variance analysis and commentary
- →Support Demand team on ADC IBP/S&OP process for APAC
- →Proactively prepare and present financial and management reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- →Partner with Area functional leaders to budget for Area HQ expenses and special projects
- →Continuously improve financial processes and analysis, fostering a culture of innovation
- →Provide leadership and guidance to APAC Finance team, ensuring alignment with area goals
- →Develop and monitor key performance metrics, including:
- →Distributor/channel inventory control (Sell-In / Sell-Out / Tier 1 + 2 DOH)
- →Consumption model/Market model
- →Pricing controls to manage ASP and margin
- →Balance Sheet key metrics, including DSO, DOH, DPO
- →Forecast Accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- →Act as ADC APAC SAP division security coordinator, including monitoring of Segregation of Duties
- →Supervise and develop a team of 3 – 1 Finance Supervisor, 1 Finance Senior Analyst, 1 Finance Contractor
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (CA, CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Proven experience in regional or multinational finance roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative.
- Capable of operating independently under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
