The position of  Business Support Coordinator-After Hours Representative is within Escreen, located in the Philippines. The role is responsible in shaping Abbott’s image with its customers, vendors, and business partners. A Client Services Representative handles inbound customer service and supply orders during calls, as well as responds to customer emails.

Responsibilities

  • Expect inbound calls from donors requesting post-accident/reasonable suspicion and identify available mobile collectors/clinics that can perform various tests.

  • Demonstrated outstanding service orientation with clear verbal and written communications to customers beyond usual working hours.

  • Willingness to answer both inbound and outbound calls, research questions, and document all customer interactions during critical hours.

  • Flexibility to operate in several systems or platforms and balance tasks throughout the work day as required, given the 24/7 expected operations.

  • Availability to work on different working schedules, especially during declared non-working Philippine or US holidays.

  • Ability to multitask in handling customers on various reporting platforms and email queues.

  • Fostering a customer service culture that strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA).

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.

  • Strong Computer/Software Skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6pm to 10am) Philippine Standard Time.

  • Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours.

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Internal – At least 1 year tenure in eScreen.
