Our broad line of vascular devices–which includes vessel closure, endovascular and coronary technologies–are used to treat vessel diseases of the heart, carotid arteries and peripheral blood vessels. These vessel diseases can lead to heart attack, stroke, critical limb ischemia and other serious vascular conditions.

• →You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues to improve yield, quality, and overall performance.
• →You will identify opportunities to optimise existing processes and implement practical improvements.
• →You will collaborate with Quality and R&D to successfully introduce new products and processes.
• →You will analyse and resolve technical challenges—from day-to-day issues to more complex engineering problems.
• →You will contribute to the development and validation of processes, including writing and supporting validation protocols and reports.
• →You will document findings, share insights, and present results to support decision-making.
• →You will build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
• →You may mentor colleagues and support the development of less experienced team members.

• A Level 7 qualification (full credits) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• A solid understanding of engineering principles and regulated environments.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• The ability to manage your workload, prioritise effectively, and deliver results.
