This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
Responsibilities

Assess priorities and monitor daily work operations and provides direction to nonexempt and exempt staff to achieve unit or departmental goals.

Reviews shipping notices, bills of landing, invoices, orders and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.

Oversees inbound and outbound activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Also, reduce shipping expense through cost reduction initiatives.

Support warehouse and material handling activities as required, to assure process and material flows.

Develop direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews.
Requirements

APICS or related certifications are desired.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Skills in Customer service, communication, critical thinking and negotiation.
RCA and CAPA process experience is preferred.
