Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

As a Staff Designer, specialized in Art Direction at Abridge, you will set a new standard for design in healthcare, raising the bar for how campaigns are crafted and brought to life and shaping how Abridge looks, feels, and communicates through every moment. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and storytelling—translating complex ideas into compelling creative direction that drives impact across every touchpoint.

You’ll lead campaigns from zero to one, defining the visual direction, and partnering with other designers to bring that vision to life. This role is ideal for a concept-driven designer with exceptional taste and strong creative instincts, someone who thrives in ambiguity, pushes for bold ideas, and knows how to guide others toward high-quality execution.
