In particular, we are seeking an experienced Acquisition Management Support Specialist (Level III) to primarily support our program.

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking an Acquisition Management Support Speicalist (Level III) to provide acquisition and program management support for Department of Defense programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DoD acquisition frameworks, lifecycle program support, and performance analysis, supporting complex programs across multiple acquisition categories.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide project management and analytical support for DoD acquisition programs across all phases of the program lifecycle
- →Support planning and execution of programs within PEO IEW&S and similar organizations
- →Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to track program performance and milestones
- →Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, including tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- →Assist in the development and review of acquisition documentation (e.g., Acquisition Plans, Strategies, and related artifacts)
- →Ensure adherence to DoD acquisition policies and frameworks, including DoDI 5000.02 and AR 70-1
- →Analyze program performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve execution and efficiency
- →Support acquisition streamlining initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
- →Provide program reporting and support to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in acquisition and/or program management
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management (or equivalent certification)
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes (e.g., DoDI 5000.02, AR 70-1)
- Experience supporting programs across multiple acquisition categories and lifecycle phases
- Demonstrated experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar DoD organizations
- Experience with acquisition reporting systems (e.g., DAMIR or similar tools)
- Master’s degree or advanced coursework in a related field
Salary is commensurate with experience. An estimated salary range for this requisition is: $75-112k.
