Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Java technologies
→Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions
→Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
→Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
→Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments and platforms
→Contribute to architectural decisions and propose technical improvements
→Take ownership of your work, from concept to deployment
→Lead the development team to excellence in a product development

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
Relevant experience working on multiple projects/technologies/architectures
Preferably experience in a role responsible for the technical definition and delivery of a project
Experience in mentoring team members and applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Solid knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
Solid knowledge of microservices and building distributed applications
Knowledge in IoT domain, energy and automation is a plus
