Inventory Control Team Lead (2nd Shift)

This role focuses on supporting daily inventory accuracy by performing product counts, auditing outbound containers, and reviewing inbound vendor receipts. You’ll help maintain smooth, reliable inventory flow by identifying discrepancies and communicating findings with clarity. The work you do strengthens operational efficiency and contributes to a dependable distribution environment.

Each day includes hands-on inventory tasks, use of handheld systems, and participation in control activities across the distribution center. Your involvement supports safety, consistency, and process alignment while ensuring high inventory standards are met. Through these efforts, you’ll help teams resolve issues quickly and keep operations moving smoothly.

Collaboration spans inventory control teams, DC operations, and associates across multiple functions who depend on accurate inventory data. Your role also involves working closely with peers during counting, audits, and inventory activities to maintain shared standards and communication.

• Minimum 1 year of distribution center experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Ability to read, comprehend, and complete forms and reports

• Comfort using handheld or desktop computer systems

• Ability to work flexible hours when needed

• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet and in varying temperatures

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing

• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

• Ability to work in mezzanines and on material handling equipment up to 50 feet high

• Ability to work in varying temperature environments

• Ability to perform product counts and audits using RF equipment

• Regular in-office attendance is required

• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

• Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
