Smiles by Design is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, upbeat, and highly skilled team. If you enjoy working with great people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced practice where no two days are the same, we’d love to meet you!

• Work with two experienced dentists and a supportive clinical team
• Gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of procedures

• Enjoy a 4.5 day work week with an early start and early finish to your Fridays!
• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (no lunch break)

You’ll work closely with our doctors assisting with a variety of procedures, including:

• →Fillings and CEREC same-day crowns
• →Root canals and extractions
• →Dental implants and dentures
• →Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics

You’ll also help with sterilization, room turnover, and occasionally support the front desk with phones, scheduling, or patient payments.

• Dental assisting experience (1year preferred)
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-provider practice
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Someone who enjoys helping wherever needed
