Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and maintaining user interface components using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to debug and resolve issues within complex software environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of backend services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
