Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting API interfaces and integration flows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex integration landscapes involving multiple systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance of integration components.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
