Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands a focus on aligning technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring that the software is robust, scalable, and performs efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

Role: QA Automation Engineer responsible for building and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright and Selenium within a technology financing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
