Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform framework, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with various architecture teams to align integration strategies and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data solutions that support organizational goals, while continuously refining the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform architecture to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing environments.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support complex analytics workloads.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
