Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that support organizational data needs. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms, overseeing the alignment of technical components, and ensuring that the architecture supports business objectives effectively. The role also includes continuous evaluation and refinement of the platform to adapt to evolving requirements and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices related to cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data processing workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements within data platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues and optimize platform performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse technical teams to deliver cohesive and efficient data solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
