Our focus lies in the domain of Manufacturing Execution Systems, where we actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes in factories worldwide. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing complete MES project implementations. This encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks, including solution analysis (evaluating, defining requirements, designing processes, and crafting solutions) as well as solution implementation (configuring, developing, and testing).
As the PharmaSuite MES Workstream Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of MES solutions using Rockwell PharmaSuite. You will guide functional design, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure manufacturing processes, recipes, and system configurations align with operational needs and regulatory expectations. Your leadership will drive high-quality, compliant, and efficient MES deployments across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Lead the PharmaSuite MES workstream, managing design activities, priorities, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.

Oversee development of MES process flows, batch execution logic, EBR/recipe structures.

Ensure MES design accurately reflects real manufacturing workflows, equipment usage, and material handling.

Collaborate with process engineering, QA, validation, automation (DeltaV/DCS), IT/ERP teams, and solution architects to ensure cohesive end-to-end system design.

Identify risks, gaps, and design issues; lead resolution and ensure consistent implementation across sites.

Provide guidance to recipe authors, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Support testing, validation, go-live activities, and ongoing enhancements for PharmaSuite.
Requirements
