Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. This position also involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration across teams to maintain seamless quality assurance processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure robust quality assurance.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align quality objectives with project goals.
- Drive initiatives to identify and mitigate risks impacting quality and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring cloud-based platforms and services related to SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and lifecycle management within software development environments.
- Ability to design and implement testing strategies that integrate with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in monitoring and analyzing key quality metrics to drive process improvements.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to platform administration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
