We are looking for a PTC Windchill Development Team Lead to join our team and support PLM transformation projects for a global client. In this role, you will lead Windchill development activities, guide a distributed development team, and support Windchill-to-SAP integration topics across complex engineering and manufacturing processes.

The project focuses on Windchill development, data model clean-up, and SAP S/4HANA integration within a global rollout context. You will work with client stakeholders, SAP teams, architects, consultants, and developers to deliver scalable PLM solutions while building trust with the client and supporting high-quality delivery in a SCRUM environment.

Lead Windchill solution design, development, customization, testing, and deployment activities.

Guide developers through design reviews, code reviews, estimation, task planning, and delivery governance.

Support Windchill-to-SAP integration scenarios, including PLM-to-ERP data flow, BOM and master data exchange, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, SAP teams, functional consultants, integration teams, and project management.

Contribute to data model clean-up, configuration, troubleshooting, release activities, and continuous improvement.

Communicate technical concepts clearly and support workshops, demos, status discussions, and solution reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill development and implementation.

Experience in a technical lead, senior developer, or development workstream lead role.

Strong Windchill development knowledge, including PDMLink and Windchill customization.

Experience with Java-based development and enterprise integration topics.

Experience with Windchill-to-SAP integration, ideally including SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA scenarios.

Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Experience working in SCRUM or Agile delivery environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience with Windchill data migration, upgrades, performance troubleshooting, or production support.

Experience with CREO, CAD integration, MPMLink, Workgroup Manager, change management, workflows, or lifecycle management.

Exposure to SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Kafka, REST-based middleware, or enterprise integration patterns.

PTC certifications or formal Windchill training.

Experience leading nearshore, offshore, or distributed development teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client-facing mindset with the ability to build trust and ownership.
Clear and structured communication style.
Collaborative leadership approach and ability to coach technical teams.
Proactive, quality-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.
