We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Intern to join us for a 12-month placement at our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Are you a Finance or Business student looking for a hands-on placement to kickstart your career? Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and strong Excel skills? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced Finance team.

• →Accounts Payable (AP): Processing multi-currency invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring accuracy.
• →Credit Control Administration: Support the Credit Control team by assisting with the maintenance and set-up of customer accounts, updating the Amazon Portal, and managing the Credit Control inbox to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently.
• →Month-End Support: Posting journals, performing reconciliations, and assisting with control activities.
• →Audit Assistance: Supporting internal and external audits with data preparation and documentation.
• →Team and Business Support: Providing cover for other finance roles when needed and handling ad hoc tasks like National Statistics returns and interdepartmental queries.

• A university student looking for a 12-month placement in Finance or Business.
• Proficiency in Excel and general PC literacy.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and numeracy.
• A team player who can also work independently.
