Are you a Product Specialist who is also obsessed with golf? If so, we want to speak with you! Join Titleist as a Senior Product Specialist and help shape the strategy and success of our Metalwoods and Irons categories by supporting the Category Director, driving product development, global assortment management, and go‑to‑market excellence. Working closely with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll manage product setups across stock, demo, and custom offerings, ensuring flawless data, configurations, and launch execution in all regions. You’ll create impactful marketing assets, support sales enablement, and lead the development of custom component programs while partnering with global teams and key vendors. As a market expert, you’ll analyze industry trends, track competitor activity, and deliver insights that guide category direction. Serving as a trusted product authority, you’ll deliver compelling training and communication to partners, fitters, staffers, media, and global teams—ultimately helping bring innovative products to golfers worldwide.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)

  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management

  • Must have deep knowledge and interest in the game of golf

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Strong cross‑functional communication capabilities

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel within the U.S.

  • Availability during off-hours to support communication with international markets

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead and contribute within teams

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
