Addition Wealth is expanding our global presence and searching for financial professionals (EFP, EFA, EIP and others) in Spain who are passionate about our mission, financial planning and providing a great customer experience. This will be for a part-time, contractor position. You will be one of our first financial professionals in Spain, helping guide and shape Addition Wealth’s strategy for delivering best-in-class financial wellness.

Conduct one-on-ones with employees at Addition Wealth’s partner companies to provide education on a variety of personal finance topics (e.g. stock options, real estate, retirement, budgeting & savings, debt management, etc.)

Contribute to content development, programming and product for the company

Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion

One or more active professional designations including European Financial Advisor ® (EQF 4, EQF 5,EQF 6) or comparable Spain-specific designations

Must be in good standing with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)

At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at an EAFI

Outstanding verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
