Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the Epic EMR system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs. Participate in clinical workflows as scheduled Monday through Friday. Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in accordance with facility standards.
