Senior Consultant - Human Capital Committee & People Excellence Program (Ref#016)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Senior Consultant to manage the organization’s People Excellence Program and provide operational and strategic support to the Human Capital Committee. This role is critical in driving enterprise-wide human capital initiatives, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives, and supporting executive-level governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting and/or project management, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, design and oversee strategic people initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the People Excellence Program.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define program objectives, performance indicators, and outcomes.
- Align the program with broader talent, workforce, and organizational goals.
- Monitor progress of strategic HR initiatives under the People Excellence Program and report regularly on outcomes and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in leadership development, workforce planning, performance, and engagement.
- Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with senior HR and business executives to ensure committee discussions are strategically aligned with business needs.
- Provide subject matter input, reports, and recommendations on talent strategies, leadership pipelines, and workforce performance.
- Ensure clear governance, documentation, and communication of committee outcomes and decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR consulting, strategic HR program management, or enterprise project management.
- Proven experience leading strategic, enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Strong understanding of human capital strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Exceptional management, executive communication, & facilitation skills.
- Experience in preparing materials for senior leadership or board-level committees.
