Your goal will be simple, but critically important: help us get the right talent into the business, get them up to speed quickly, and then continue their development so they are ready to meet our future needs.

You’ll work closely with the People Team, managers, and colleagues across the business to further develop the systems, learning, support, and assessment needed to make this work. There are already several exciting projects underway, including Career Pathways, Knowledge and Skills Assessments, internal learning content, and Skills Badging, giving you a strong foundation to build from.

Alongside this, you’ll support wider People and business improvement activity, including accreditation and compliance work across areas such as ISO standards, B Corp, and internal process improvement.

You’ll also contribute to the commercial side of the business by helping create onboarding and learning content for our customers and supporting the development of our Digital Badging product, using your HR and L&D insight to help shape how organisations can track skills, learning, progression, and professional development.

  • A desire to innovate and improve how people learn, develop, and progress.
  • Experience in operational HR and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, training, development, or employee review processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Good attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support managers and employees professionally.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR or reporting systems.
  • CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience or continuing professional development.
