At TRAFFIX, we're growing fast, transforming our business, and investing in our people. We're looking for an experienced Director, Learning & Development to lead our enterprise-wide learning and talent development strategy and help build the capabilities required for our next stage of growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape how employees learn, grow, lead, and succeed across our organization. You'll partner closely with executives, business leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to develop scalable learning solutions, strengthen leadership capability, accelerate talent development, and support key business transformation initiatives.

What You'll Lead

Develop and execute TRAFFIX's enterprise Learning & Development strategy, aligning workforce capability with business growth objectives.
Build leadership pipelines and succession programs that strengthen bench strength across frontline, management, and executive levels.
Design scalable learning solutions that improve productivity, operational excellence, customer experience, and employee performance.
Partner with executive leadership to identify future skill requirements and create development strategies that support organizational growth.
Lead enterprise talent development initiatives, including competency frameworks, career pathways, high-potential programs, and internal mobility.
Drive organizational transformation through learning programs that support AI adoption, technology implementation, process improvement, acquisitions, and change management.
Establish a data-driven learning function that measures capability growth, business impact, employee engagement, and return on investment.
Modernize the learning experience by leveraging AI, digital learning platforms, analytics, and innovative development technologies.
Create enterprise-wide onboarding, role certification, and capability-building programs that support a geographically distributed workforce.
Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to embed learning, leadership development, and talent planning into business strategy.
Lead and develop a high-performing Learning & Development team while establishing best practices, governance, and operational excellence.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
5+ years leading enterprise learning teams and large-scale development initiatives.
Proven success developing leadership programs, talent pipelines, succession strategies, and enterprise learning transformations.
Experience supporting large, distributed workforces in operationally complex environments.
Strong experience with learning technologies, analytics, and modern digital learning solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide capability development.
Experience supporting rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Experience building competency frameworks and skills-based development programs
