• Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
• Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.

• Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
• Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.

• in an academic program in health science Required OR
• Technical/Vocational School - Graduate of a accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology Required

• 1+ years of cardiac catheterization lab experience [Preferred]
• Special procedures experience, [Preferred]

• N/A

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) [Required] OR
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) [Required] OR
• Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (R.T(CI)(ARRT)) [Required]
• Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) [Preferred]
•  Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) [Preferred]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
