As a Delivery Lead, you own and drive Advian’s Industrial AI delivery portfolio, helping bring AI into real production environments. This role focuses on projects where computer vision, IoT, real-time data and hardware-integrated systems are used to optimize manufacturing processes and turn AI into practical, real-world solutions.

You act as a hands-on delivery lead and project owner, working closely with technical experts to ensure solutions are delivered end-to-end and perform reliably in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

- Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects in demanding environments

- Experience working in industrial environments or with industrial customers

- Strong understanding of industrial, hardware-integrated systems (e.g. IoT, computer vision, AI/ML), including real-time data

- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with both hardware and software experts

- Strong ownership and end-to-end delivery mindset, from concept to deployment

- Business-minded approach, with financial thinking as part of planning and decision-making

- Fluent Finnish and English (spoken and written)

- Ability to work on-site in Espoo Lab, and willingness to travel occasionally on-site
