IT Support Services Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Support Services Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in working in an Office 365 environment. You’ll provide IT support by answering help desk tickets and resolving user problems, while also assisting in the administration of server and network infrastructures.
