Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

At Affirm, our people are at the center of how we grow and operate globally. As a remote-first company, how we enable talent to live and work across location—while remaining compliant and scalable—is critical to our success. The Global Mobility team sits within People Operations and partners closely with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business leaders to design and deliver programs that enable global hiring, internal mobility, and long-term talent retention. We balance compliance with practical, business-friendly solutions that support Affirm’s growth and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Mobility to lead and evolve Affirm’s global mobility strategy—anchored in immigration as the core driver of this work, and complemented by remote work and global mobility programs. This role defines how Affirm hires, moves, and supports talent across borders. You will set the vision and build the frameworks that guide immigration sponsorship, remote work enablement, and temporary and permanent mobility, ensuring each is executed with clarity, consistency, and strong alignment to business priorities. Immigration is the largest and most critical component of this role. You will own a global immigration program with a significant focus on U.S. strategy, shaping sustainable, long-term pathways for talent while navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

As a senior leader in this space, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, employee experience, and compliance. This role requires strong judgment, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, set direction in evolving areas, and translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical solutions that support Affirm’s growth.
