AFL is a company dedicated to the assembly of fiber optic cables, fiber optic connectors, and telecommunications equipment. Location: 11302 EastPoint Dr., Building A Laredo, TX 78045, USA

We are seeking for talent to fill the following position: Quality Auditor

Job Requirements:

• Education: Quality Technician or incomplete Engineering degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Auditor.

• Languages: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• English Level: B2 or higher.

• For Mexican candidates: Must have valid legal authorization to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform material inspections.

• Release approved materials and generate non-conforming material reports.

• Follow up on quality reports and provide weekly status updates.

• Conduct process audits and report findings.

• Release orders for shipment.

Work Schedule
We currently have openings available on the following fixed schedules:

• N1: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• N2: Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Shifts are fixed and do not rotate.

• Flexibility for overtime as required by business needs.
