Responsibilities

→Oversee all equipment required for fiber installation, splicing, testing, patching, and activation.

→Manage lifecycle of fiber equipment: procurement, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.
→Maintain inventory of tools (fusion splicers, OTDRs, power meters, etc.) and consumables.
→Ensure equipment readiness, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
→Implement check-in/check-out procedures and track usage.
→Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
→Support field teams with training, deployment, and safe handling practices.
→Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and procurement of new technologies.
→Maintain documentation and provide regular status reports.
