Application Technologist I, Indonesia

We are looking for a Junior Application Technologist to become part of our Indonesia R&D team. You will carry out projects involving flavors and colors in order to develop the in-house knowledge of technology and applications. You will promote and build new sales and reinforce existing ones by providing technical service to clients and prospects and Performs flavors and colors application of sweet, beverage, confectionery and bakery products. If you have a fervor for color application and are driven to excel in this field, this role might be ideal for you!

This exciting opportunity is 100% office based.

• →Responsible for flavor and some color application activities and support Sensient technical resources.
• →Work on new product ideas and customer requirements, come up with creatives
• →alternatives.
• →Support sales staff and travel with them to meeting on clients and prospects.
• →Provides assistance and training to Marketing & Sales departments.
• →Complete complex tasks in timely manner to support business objectives.
• →Prepare project reports, sample reports, and lab work reports.

• →Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science or equivalent education
• →1-3 years of experience in the food industry
• →Product & process development experience
• →Analytical instrument knowledge: product, processing, and testing knowledge, including ability to understand and explain results.
