This is a 100% office-based Customer Service Representative (CSR) role located at Keysborough office. You will act as a vital link between customers and Sensient's internal teams (planners, shipping, quality, and sales), focusing on proactive relationship management, order accuracy, and sales support.
This position requires a high level of responsibility regarding food safety and a proactive approach to maintaining the company's reputation through quality service.
