Process Developer

• →Support the development, testing, and scale up of new food color products and manufacturing processes.
• →Operate laboratory and pilot plant equipment while evaluating raw materials, product performance, and process improvements.
• →Assist with production trials at partner facilities by collecting data, documenting results, and collaborating with technical teams.
• →Maintain accurate operating procedures, quality records, and documentation that meet regulatory and quality requirements.
• →Work with scientists, production teams, and external partners to transfer new technologies into manufacturing.
   

• A bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, research, or product development environment.
• Hands-on experience with precision fermentation and downstream processing, including experience developing, optimizing, or scaling downstream processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
• Flexibility to travel for domestic and international production trials, including extended trips when needed.
