Human Resources Manager

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment operations and support HR strategy and employee lifecycle management.

• →Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities
• →Manage high-volume recruitment to support staffing needs
• →Partner with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning
• →Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• →Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
• →Provide guidance on employee relations and HR practices
• →Coordinate HR initiatives and organizational projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
• PHR, SPHR, or advanced HR certification preferred
• 3–5 years of HR management experience required
• Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong leadership and communication skills
