[AIAPP] Recruiting Support Manager

1. 영업조직 도입을 위한 제반 활동

• 순수 신입 도입 대상 발굴 및 정착 지원

• 온 / 오프라인을 통한 채용 홍보 전략 수립 및 실행

• JOB세미나 및 채용 박람회 계획 수립 및 실행

• 상황별 CIS 자료 작성

• 기타 영업조직 도입을 위한 Ad-hoc 업무 수행

2. 리크루팅 전략 수립 및 운영

• 영업조직 도입을 위한 리크루팅 전략 수립

• 동업사 리크루팅 관련 동행 조사 및 보고

3. 일반 업무

• 회사/팀 Project 관리 및 지원

• 그룹사 및 모회사와 연계 업무 수행

• 기타 업무 지원

• GA업무에 대한 이해 및 지식

• 영업기획 또는 영업지원 또는 상품전략 업무의 관련 부서 경험자

• 문서작성 능력 중급 이상/ 엑셀 중급 이상자

• 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

• 자회사 관련 이해도가 있는 자
