About the Role
~2 min read- Monitor, identify, investigate, and escalate operational incidents to ensure timely resolution and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Distribution teams to drive process optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and SOP review and enhancement.
- Lead and support business improvement projects and new initiative implementations, including process gap analysis and operational efficiency programs.
- Prepare and manage periodic management and regulatory reports, including risk, control, operational, and business quality dashboards.
- Administer disciplinary processes, maintain employee disciplinary records, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate mystery shopping programs, analyze findings, and track implementation of corrective action plans.
- Monitor workforce control metrics, perform data analysis and calculations, and provide regular reporting through Power BI dashboards.
- Support manpower governance activities, including data preparation and analysis for rehiring and workforce planning processes.
- Serve as Risk Champion by promoting risk awareness, monitoring risk controls, and supporting risk management initiatives within the department.
- Act as Government Relations Champion, coordinating regulatory-related activities and supporting compliance with external stakeholder requirements.
- Provide business insights and recommendations through data analysis to enhance operational effectiveness, customer experience, and distribution performance.
