About the Role

~1 min readLead change management to implement new technologies and streamline operations for greater efficiency.
Champion agile methodologies and innovative operational models to enable future growth.
Collaborate with functional leaders to redesign processes, identify automation opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational value.
Support the Director, CAT in developing business case and executing core applications transformation projects.
Coordinate engagement strategies and communication protocols with stakeholders.
Lead project teams, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with operational KPIs.
Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risk management, governance, reporting, and resource allocation.
Establish and maintain consistent project governance frameworks.
Collaborate with TDA Project Manager and workstreams to ensure effective project oversight.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and deliverable sign-off.
Develop communication materials tailored to various audiences.
Provide direct project management support for specific initiatives, including end-to-end planning and execution of delivery, testing and training where required for the implementation projects.
Occasional travel to offshore hosting centers may be required.
Requirements
~1 min readUniversity degree with at least 8 years of relevant project experience, including 4 years in a team lead role.
PMP, Lean, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
Extensive experience in similar roles within the insurance industry.
Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in large organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
In-depth knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
